I/O First Tech, a growing tech repair company specializing in consumer electronics and business IT solutions, needed a modern website to better reflect its brand identity, showcase services, and streamline customer interactions. The existing digital presence was minimal, and the client sought a platform that could support rapid prototyping, seamless animations, and an intuitive user interface. We chose Framer for its real-time collaboration, design-to-code capabilities, and responsive layout system, ideal for building a sleek, high-performance site that aligned with I/O First Tech’s customer-first ethos.

Process

The design phase began with competitor analysis to define key user journeys, booking a repair, checking repair status, and browsing services. We created a clean, tech-forward visual identity, emphasizing trust and efficiency through a bold typeface, a cool blue color palette, and micro-interactions that made navigation feel seamless. Using Framer's component library and animation tools, we prototyped a fully responsive homepage with an instant quote feature, service categories, and client testimonials. This interactive prototype was shared in real time with the I/O First Tech team for feedback, significantly accelerating iteration cycles.

Conclusion

After development, the site launched with features designed to directly support business growth, such as online booking. The website helped improve customer experience, making it easier for users to find services, book repairs, and engage with the brand.
